We don't either. In fact, that desire for a better life is what led us into natural health in the first place. There's an old saying that goes, "One will only get better when they're tired of being sick." If you are tired of being sick then begin your journey to health here at The Herb Shop.

One's journey to health is often like building a bridge. Here we stand on this side of a river, with all of our aches, pains, chronic illness, and mental and emotional baggage. On the other side of the river is vibrant health, free from illness and free from limiting thoughts and beliefs. In order to reach the other side we must build a bridge, one block at a time. It takes time, but we see progress and improvement along the way as we regain mental, physical, and emotional balance. Will we ever reach the other side? We can only know by beginning the journey.
